“We have a full service management contract with CASI which includes financial, administrative and property management services. CASI provides the board members with monthly financial statements; they solicit for contracted services annually and present same in a spreadsheet format. The board and CASI work together to develop the annual budget based on the services that the board desires to contract for.
Furthermore, the management company is familiar with our legal recorded documents and are on-site regularly checking on problems, concerns, contractors, complaints, noting problems and violations which they address regularly and timely. CASI has successfully managed the affairs of our community since 1990 because the Board of Directors and the management company work together as a team to set realistic goals for the yew and formulate a plan to accomplish those goals.
